This policy explains how ISSA PHARMA for pharmaceutical industries L.L.C (“Puriva”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit purivacare.com or contact us through our forms or WhatsApp.

Who we are

purivacare.com is run by ISSA PHARMA for pharmaceutical industries L.L.C, the owner of the Puriva brand, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with an office in Syria. We decide why and how your personal data is used, so we are the data controller.

What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the site and answer you:

• Details you send us. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message when you use an office form. The partner form also asks for your company, country and business type.
• WhatsApp messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see your name, phone number and message. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy covers what WhatsApp collects.
• Technical data. Our hosting servers record your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit and the time in log files, to keep the site secure and working.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which looks at how you use the page to tell people from bots. Google may receive your IP address and your device and browser details, and may set cookies. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and Google receives your IP address.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• answer your questions and tell you where Puriva is sold;
• handle enquiries from distributors, pharmacies and retailers;
• protect the site against spam and abuse;
• keep the site working and improve it;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you send us a form or message, on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure, and on legal obligations. We handle personal data in line with the laws that apply to us, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors, and we do not use advertising or analytics tools at the moment. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies when you use a form. If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only when needed:

• our offices in Dubai and Syria, so the right team can answer you;
• service providers that host and protect the site, deliver its files and images (a content delivery network) and filter spam, including Google (reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts);
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may use your data only to provide their service to us.

International transfers

Our offices, servers and providers are in different countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United Arab Emirates, Syria and other countries where our providers operate. When we transfer data, we take the steps the law requires to protect it.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period.

How we protect data

We use HTTPS encryption, spam filtering and access controls, and we limit who can read enquiries. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of your personal data;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• ask for your data in a portable format;
• complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site is meant for adults and for young people with a parent’s or guardian’s guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you think a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
